SUBTITLE 2. STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION Md. BUSINESS REGULATION Code Ann. § 4-203 (2012) § 4-203. Chairman (a) In general. -- The Commission shall elect a chairman from among the members of the Commission. (b) Election and term of office. -- The manner of election of the chairman and the chairman's term of office shall be as the Commission determines.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities; Minimum Education and Experience Requirements; Special Requirements; and recruitment and testing procedures are set by the using agency.

Class descriptions broadly define groups of positions used by various State departments and agencies. Position descriptions maintained by the using department or agency specifically address the essential job functions of each position.
