SUBTITLE 2. STATE RACING COMMISSION Md. BUSINESS REGULATION Code Ann. § 11-203 (2012) § 11-203. Chairman (a) In general. -- The Governor shall designate a chairman from among the members of the Commission. (b) Term of office. -- (1) The term of the chairman is 1 year. (2) The chairman may not serve more than 2 consecutive terms as chairman.
